Manager, Public Policy Department, Z Holdings and Yahoo Japan

After graduating from the Department of Political Science, Keio University and working as a reporter at NIKKEI(Nihon Keizai Shimbun), he entered the Law School of the University of Tokyo as one of first students. ​After legal training, he registered as attorney-at-law.

​At SMBC and Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG),He has engaged in legal affairs and litigation related to banking transactions including deposits, loans, credit protection and collection. ​As a member of the bank legal affairs review committee of the Japanese Bankers Association, he was involved in civil legislation such as the Civil Code (Credit Law and Inheritance Law) and the Civil Execution Act.

​When he worked at the Cabinet Office, he was involved in the process of regulatory reform in various fields and ​negotiated within the government.

​Joined Yahoo Japan in 2019. ​He is in charge of public relations activities for Yahoo and the Z Group, including the financial sector. ​He is also involved in ​policy recommendations by the Information Technology Federation of Japan
