Kenjiro Nishii joined The Sanwa Bank in 1994 and was mainly engaged in the product development and loan securitization business in the retail division.  After working for Morgan Stanley (securitization business) and Daiwa Securities (bank establishment project), he joined Seven Bank in 2012.  He led the renewal of internet banking and the launch of 7BK-CSIRT in the business development division.  Currently, as the leader of Seven Lab, he promotes the creation of new businesses through open innovation with startup companies.
